李國鵬，九三學社社員，太阳集团1088vip園藝系專任教師，主要從事熱帶果樹品質生物學及采後保鮮相關研究。2012獲浙江大學果樹學博士學位，先後在雲南省農業科學院熱帶亞熱帶經濟作物研究所、中國熱帶農業科學院農産品加工研究所工作，并于2014-2016年赴以色列農業研究組織（ARO）進行博士後研究，先後在《Postharvest Biology and Technology》，《Industrial Crops and Products》，《Plant Breeding》，《Scientia Horticulturae》，《Journal of Horticultural Science & Biotechnology》，《園藝學報》及《果樹學報》等國内外雜志發表學術論文20餘篇。近年來獨立主持廣東省自然科學基金及湛江市科技局研究項目4項。
